Help! I'm still confused. Toward the end, is he saying that purchases under $35 should be processed as a credit card transaction and that purchases over $35 should be processed as a direct debit transaction? If yes - than this is totally backward to what I thought and is this the same for most merchants or just exclusive to this store?
