@jemarial7 Actually, you need to do a bit more research. HIV has clearly been shown to hide in bone marrow, where blood cells are formed, and possibly in other areas like the brain and spinal column. This is one of the reasons that it resurges when medication is discontinued - you can take viral counts down to nothing in the blood but it stays there in a latent form. Also, organs don't fail because of HIV itself, the problem is the opportunistic diseases that attack in the absence of T cells.

Before a "cure" becomes FDA recognised medicine it has to go through a whole heap of different trials, the main one is a test to make sure it actually does what it says it does. There are a whole heap of natural cures & the things that had an affect became "medicines." The things that had no effect did not become medicines. Attention everyone! I do believe the cure for AIDS and HIV along with even Leukemia does exist. They just cured a man who had both HIV and Leukemia in Germany as it is on the news on CNN. There can never be a "cure" for AIDS , because it is a set of symptoms caused by over 100 known disease. You can't cure "mental illness" because it has thousands of causes. If you mean a cure for HIV then that is a whole different topic. @jemarial7 Actually, you need to do a bit more research. HIV has clearly been shown to hide in bone marrow, where blood cells are formed, and possibly in other areas like the brain and spinal column. This is one of the reasons that it resurges when medication is discontinued - you can take viral counts down to nothing in the blood but it stays there in a latent form. Also, organs don't fail because of HIV itself, the problem is the opportunistic diseases that attack in the absence of T cells.

Before a "cure" becomes FDA recognised medicine it has to go through a whole heap of different trials, the main one is a test to make sure it actually does what it says it does. There are a whole heap of natural cures & the things that had an affect became "medicines." The things that had no effect did not become medicines. Food for thought, but when was the last time a leading politician in America or Europe died of cancer ? When was the last time a European monarchy member died of cancer ? Attention everyone! I do believe the cure for AIDS and HIV along with even Leukemia does exist. They just cured a man who had both HIV and Leukemia in Germany as it is on the news on CNN. The discovery of the cure for AIDS has been found officially. I do feel though however there is some sort of conspiracy by drug companies and big pharma in which they want more people to be sick rather than cured for profits. THERE will never be a cure for AIDS because AIDS is a virus. Viruses insert themselves into the DNA of its host. The only way to cure AIDS is to eliminate the virus from the host cell DNA. That's impossible right now. You would need a nano robot that could travel inside your DNA and cut out the virus. Impossible.

First if the virus we eliminated from the body, that would mean that no new cells could be infected with the virus' DNA, or in the case of HIV, RNA because it is a retrovirus. With no new cells infected, the currently infected cells would die, as all cells do, leaving no viral DNA behind.
