Its probably even harder than heroin; Rx funded & legal.
But consider the "source" of your anxiety issues, is it repressed memory or is it health or a combination of both. I noticed that you are extremely young, I really hope that you get yourself better help rather than "drug based" help. Its kind of creates an emotional "bonsai tree" effect. Whilst you "function" its got its downside for expansion into a deeper emotional level. It cuts you off from your feelings which actually are great motivators. Instincts are also valuable for anyone creative.
I think you are brave for addressing this issue, but if you can find a health practitioner that can help you get off the drugs and detox when you are ready, I suspect you will find that your mind probably going to follow suit if your body is healthy enough. I have discovered that when it comes to mental health, the reason people tend to be sensitive or reactionary in a way that "others" take offense its probably due to other underlying issues. The majority have health issues, others abuse issues

And I feel for you because you have been given something that can make you claw your face off if you don't get your supply.
