There have been loads of court cases on this which completely stop economy in Israel. Each city has a budget and the Arabs went well over theirs until they were sued by the sanitation workers, for example. The state had to pay. Since new laws have been made to prevent this abuse.

1. In Gaza it is illegal and punishable by death to rent to any Israeli
2. It is also a death sentence to try to help Israel and there have been hundreds to Palistinians killed just for Hamas thinking that they were passing info to Israel
3. No Jew is allowed to rent or buy in Gaza
4. Many Fatah members have already been deported from Gaza to W.Bank since they feared for their lives.

1.Since Israel has occupied most of Palaestinean land it seems reasonable for them to hang on what they've got. After all 'Israel' began by Jews buying up land in Palaestine from unsuspecting palaestinians. I doubt they want the same thing happening

West Bank was part of Israel in 1948, when declared a state. There was a partician for the Arabs, to the East of the Jordan River. The next day the Arabs attacked Israel and forcefully went into W.Bank. In 1967, Israel was forced into a defensive war and took W.Bank.
There should not be any Arabs in W.Bank, aside from Israeli Arabs and the only land taken was by the Arabs (all lands where they exist.)

Although I am a strong supporter of the Palestinians you need rather better evidence than this to blame the Israelis (notwithstanding the who benefits? question).
If Hamsa really can't stop mortar attacks from Gaza (assuming that it really wants to) then it is much less in control of the territory than it pretends. Get us some evidence please (eg the make of the mortar or rocket that is shown in the video). Otherwise this is just silly conspiracy theorising.

No, there's fairly solid evidence that the rockets WERE coming from Hamas but since the ceasefire they have only fired about two rockets, they keep very detailed statistics on their website. These rockets are probably been fired by Fatah who want the Israelis to come back in and finish the job.
