@TheBfutgreg its cuz the PC version sometimes doesn't let you select things from menus correctly, they need to be in a certain location, highlighted, and ur cursor must be on the submenu/item/spell/etc you want to select, and then sometimes it still results in an error.

Just so you know if you can use the W, A, S, D keys to navigate you menu. E to use/equip the selected item. to go back in the menu use either the A or D keys. IE items A = back while in magic D= back as in levelup/skills S= Back. This isnt the case with the map though as wasd just moves the view.

How come Day9's Skyrim lets him use his mouse to select things in the menu like the Items/Map/Skills/Magic tabs and mine only lets me use WASD? His also lets him click on categories and items but mine only lets me use WASD...

Try using your WASD + use / ESC keys while navigating the menu, it might take you a while to get used to it, but it will bemuch more reliable later on, beside, it doesn't bug out after reading books and you don't have to keep reopening your inventory.

@5illyMe It's not completely useless if you use more than 2 different types of magic. I for example use restoration and destruction mainly, but with my high max mana i can still summon Thralls without mana cost reduction.
