Frank Welker. He's done over 650 projects, so you've heard him MANY times but probably didn't realize it. He's been in just about every major animated show since the 70's. Not to mention several big name video games. He's also the voice of Scooby-Doo. He mostly does animal and non-human voice work.

He's also been in just about every Pixar film, but uncredited.

Check out his imdb page. It's crazy. He is like the god of voice over work.

I also believe that @CJAproductionsINC should be voted top commenter, as "nightslash" obviously can't understand when he's being given simple information. And as CJA pretty much described it the best [which is another reason I can't understand nightslash's rudeness...], he definitely deserves recognition, and if his comment is voted to the top, then nobody will be in the dark about the voice.
