i wish i was born in the 40s because thats when all the good and talent people where around i am only 13 and i love all the classic singers. ps i love you john lennon and george harrioson and paul mccartney and ringo star u guys made rock in roll :) forever u guys will be in my heart :)
The Beatles themselves were like other men, but the music and lyrics channeled through them contained magic and hidden messages. To learn how to perceive these hidden meanings, search "Truth Contest" in Google and click the 1st result, then open The Present and read through the section about The Beatles.
John's voice has got the most charachter of them all :) I think Paul has the best voice, in that way I mean he can sing anything, but i enjoy Johns voice more :) George has this cute insecre voice but I belive Ringo is my second favorite singer of the fab four :) Don't ask me why :D
@realderekbrothers no so hard i have their kinda hair show a picture to your hairdresser and they will probably know what to do btw people who dont know the beatles might call you justin bieber thats the only downside
@vinvevanneer lol ill just say the truth im no blond pop singer that has a girly voice and shout beatles like always xD jaja but i cant have it with quemicals it happend once -.- and it wasnt fun it was some wierd goop ruind my hair
Even though my favourite album/era changes frequently, I always have a soft spot for their early material, like this. Even though their later albums are utterly brilliant, they lack that feeling of four guys who are living their dream and are, above everything, even fame, wealth and groupies, best friends who love each other dearly. There's nothing sweeter or more comforting than watching a video like these where the bond between them is so strong you could almost reach out and touch it.
The Beatles really have changed me a lot. I started listening to them when I was 11. Now I'm almost 15. We've had four gear years together. The fabulous four are fabulous...
@stiltskin14 no i had an orgasm while listening to "being for the benefit for mr kite", "sgt peppers lonely hearts club band", "think for yourself", "help", "twist and shout" "all i've got to do", "it won't be long", and many more songs
omg this place is so much more different than the concert at shea stadium. I just watched their video at shea stadium and it was sooooooooooo loud! 1 person put a thumbs down for this song, what's wrong with u? 1
Beatles music can be pretty sly in level of difficulty. Try singing the harmony parts and playing Harrison'selectric guitar rhythm riff at the same time.
Thanks for posting this! Just wanted to let you know that I used this video recently in my John Lennon blog - link is on my channel if you're interested in seeing it!
The Beatles , are the GREATEST Band In The World, no one can ever replace them, i repeat NO ONE. There music inspired so many people around the world, I wish I got to see The Beatles , But at least I can enjoy listening to their music. This is What You Call TRUE music. <3 PEACE, LOVE, BEATLES
the beatles is the best singer of the world during 1960s and untill now i always listening their songs on the radio and everywhere there always beatles......!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love the fact that Paul and John aren't looking into the camera and George is staring straight into the camera and has a "I can see through your soul." look XDD And as usual, you can't see Ringo until they bring the camera to him XDD
Apart from the incredible three-part harmony and John's lead vocal, this recording established Paul McCartney as a visionary bass guitarist. He is a true original and it all starts here.
i commented on this song in another place, but i saw your request for comments here , so i thought i would comment again...........THIS IS A MASTERPIECE!!!....a much forgotten, very early beatles song, but one of their very best. it needs to be rediscovered. the simple soulful lyrics and the harmony is perfect john's lead singing is extremely soulful in its own unique way........one of their best 10 songs.
This sounds as good today as it did 45 years ago! I saw them on Ed Sullivan, at Shea Stadium (on TV), and "Help!" at the movies. It's amazing how great these guys were from Day 1, and how they evolved into something completely new, but still blew pretty much everyone else away! Today's "artists", for the most part, just try to look cool, like it will make the crap they play sound better! The Beatles were the coolest without even trying!
I love how at the beginning, Lennon & McCartney are facing front and George is facing the camera, singing into it. I don't know why, haha, i just love it. It's so...honest?
and as a chorus girl in school, i applaud them for those harmonies. Always my favorite part of the songs. =]]
Im 49, my sisters 1st concert was the Beatles in Portland in 66. I was to young to go. I introduced the Beatles to my son who is now a wonderful guitarist & loves the Beatles and the 60's era.
I also love I'll get you, amazing harmonies.. oh yea, oh yea
A rare bow to the Fab Four from a Stones diehard who thinks "This Boy" is perfect in every way. Nothing overwrought, just great music, a magnificent legacy from the group's most gifted member.
