its a ball shell with evenly spread stars. those stars have a green core and c8 shell. although i cannot tell if that is a spolette or tail of w20 or c6 stars

(Colour changing stars mate. You make a "core star" from one comp. and roll a 2nd or 3rd layer with different comp. on it. Most easy done with a star roller. Hope this helps :D )

I think it would work fine ventsi. I have some blue falling leaves fuse I haven't used yet, and you're idea sounds like a good one :) The fuse burns slower than chinese visco. They might be some odd shaped stars though, more like cylinder shaped, lol

Fantastic shell. I have a question though, I have 100g of these green stars drying, do they require any special primiming or will a dusting of greenmix do the job fine?

Yes, stars require good high temperature primming, I used 4-5 mm qubic stars (better than round) covered with KNO3/Al/C/S 70/10/10/10 +4% dextrine or KNO3/KClO4/C/Al 37/37/15/10 +4% dextrine mixture.
