  • I used to lift more for strength while maintaining my weight and recently I decided give bodybuilding a try for something new. If im trying to bulk right now, do you think i'd be better off doing a more basic 5x5 program or a split program (chest/tri's kinda deal) with a heavy compound lift starting each workout..ie squatting on legs day followed by isolation exercises?

  • @ahopetoday1 you can start 5x5 workout when you beginner but when you intermediate bodybuider I think you should do asplit. I do not know how long you have been training. let me know on konarski.bartosz@gmail.com

  • @marinescar267 yes you can but milk is not good for everyone. lots of people has allergy .I do not prefer milk too much lactose .

  • Maybe i am not dedicated enough right now. I am not eating millet (isn' that bird feed) raisans and water that is prison food.

  • @OKzs of course you can eat every day something different like porridge ,spelt flakes or rye flakes. this is just suggestion.

  • How does this mix taste? bcoz I mix 1 scoop of whey protein ( banana flavored) with milk and I feel like I'm gonna vomit every time I drink it.

  • Nice. I usually do...

    1 scoop of egg protein (24g)

    1 scoop of whey protein (24g)

    2 cups skim milk (16 g protein)

    1.5 cups Quaker Oatmeal (80 g carbs)

    And some strawberries, raspeberries, a banana, or whatever fruit sounds good.

    Makes for a nice breakfast.

  • you should use milk instead of water for the shake..

    my daily shake:

    First I fill up 2/3 of the mixer with Milk. Then add Whey Protein (Chocolate flavor), Peanuts, Almonds, Walnuts, Frozen banana, Sugar(sometimes honey) and a bit of oatmeal.. and sometimes a piece of a chocolate bar if I have them :)

    tastes great and works well to gain weight and muscle.

    Just drink 1 glass at breakfast, 1 after lunch and I take the rest with me for after working out.

  • yolk has more protein than white and more vitamin and minerals and also has higher absorption.Yolk has fat so you can not eat 5 whole eggs on one meal because it is too many for average people so it is better mix 5 whites and 2 yolks.
