you should use milk instead of water for the shake..
my daily shake:
First I fill up 2/3 of the mixer with Milk. Then add Whey Protein (Chocolate flavor), Peanuts, Almonds, Walnuts, Frozen banana, Sugar(sometimes honey) and a bit of oatmeal.. and sometimes a piece of a chocolate bar if I have them :)
tastes great and works well to gain weight and muscle.
Just drink 1 glass at breakfast, 1 after lunch and I take the rest with me for after working out.

yolk has more protein than white and more vitamin and minerals and also has higher absorption.Yolk has fat so you can not eat 5 whole eggs on one meal because it is too many for average people so it is better mix 5 whites and 2 yolks.

Nice. I usually do...
1 scoop of egg protein (24g)
1 scoop of whey protein (24g)
2 cups skim milk (16 g protein)
1.5 cups Quaker Oatmeal (80 g carbs)
And some strawberries, raspeberries, a banana, or whatever fruit sounds good.
Makes for a nice breakfast.
