At first the pivoting Roc-it technology seemed a little different to me, but as I tried the machines, it really does make a difference! I like the lat pull down machine because it allows me to get into the correct position to really feel my lat muscles working. I can't get the same feel on a regular lat pull down.. Hoist is new fave brand!!!
These are all awesome machines. I am a member of 24 Hr Fitness and have tried these and feel the benefits!!!
