RD is the best song writer of all time IMO. The problem is no exposure. The music is not mainstream (commercial radio bullshit) enough. So it's our job to turn others, who half at least half a brain, on to the Kinks.

This is an incredible song....why wasnt it a HIT SONG? Because the kinks released it...if the Beatles or Stones had released it, it would have been a MASSIVE HIT !!!!

@krankiekat Hopefully the song is from the most recent studio album (Phobia) not "LAST" :). The album was universally canned by critics, which I don't understand. This album, to me, was fantastic. It even helped me forgive Ray for "UK Jive"!

A couple years ago I looked for the CD since my cassette tape wore out, and it was out of print... looked here on youtube and there were almost no songs from it posted. I was surprised, I thought this album was fantastic... not just a couple good songs and some filler, it was all good stuff.
