The standard infantry in the Army and the Marines (Not special forces...ie Airborne Ranger or Force Recon) has to run while dragging a 100 pound sandbag in figure 8's. Until I see hard proof that Navy SEAL's are badasses, I call them pussies for not even being able to lift more then a normal infantry recruit at boot camp. ^^

On the Military end, believe me when i say "the JTF-2 respectfully will out do any Irish Infantry unit at any level period". Canada has been in all major conflicts in the last 100 years, with the exception of Nam, and not handing out food but death.
