Yes in england. that's because it's made there and because you have steering on the right it's very rare in other countrys. I would love to have on! There are cca. 5 Accords Type-R in my country. =(

No it isnt, Come to england, there is hundreds. I used to own one, nice car,

not as rare as the EK9 or nsx type-r
