@ls1killa I would assume it's because you get an updated package handling and horsepower-wise. you're not using leaf springs, you've got coilovers now, and you have at least double the horsepower of the stock '77 T/A (which puts out about 200 or so horsepower). Just watch the 'Gearz' review with Stacy David. what's more, I went on their website, and you have further options, like a 650hp 8.8L Pontiac V8.

that bandit trans am is the perfect modern touch to the 2nd gen trans ams. i fully intend to make mine just like them. an ls series engine and t-56 is untouchablee and great on gas.

the test car has a 455 bored 60 over with roller everything and is very very very very nasty id say the motor alone is 15 or 20 grand i know my 400 stroker was 10 grand but damn will it run like a cats ass on fire! lol

Yes, this car is a track ready machine and is a very different from the original Trans Am. The t-tops were omitted for safety on the race track.
