His argument is flawed, the UK overfished even when it totally controlled its waters.

The fault lies with short sighted goverments who put a few votes and rhetoric above long term sustainability, every time the EU launches an inquiry and asks the scientists the scientists give their recommendations and a number of countries including the UK fight against the scientifc advice for a few votes, pathetic, but will Hannan criticse the UK, of course not, hypocrite.

Erm no he doesn't, as demonstrated by 95% of these videos, he spends most of his time spouting innaccurate rhetoic about the EU, on subjects such as "democracy" and "accountabiltiy", yet never mentions the unelected head of state, unelected second chamber, unelected special advicors, unelected primeminster,etc in his own country, grade 1 hypocrite...

if they overfished b4 its because the gov decided to make oceans public and not grant property rights which is the market solution to maintain fishing...so then again its the gov fault. :)

to be honest if the UK still had its fishing and waters under british control then the jobs problem wouldnt be near as bad, consdering how many of the "unemployed" people live on the coastline in these fishing areas...
