That sucks dude but I think all airlines make those sorts of mistakes. Thats part of the reason why so many people take on tons of carryon stuff. You would think with the new barcoded luggage tags these guys could keep better track of the luggage.
Amsterdam is really bad with luggage ( i live in the NL) On the return flight i never check my luggage in, it's special if u get it before waiting 2 hours!!!
I hate when an airline loses your luggage then tries to make up with it by giving you a constellation gift thats about worth about as much as your suitcase, it's a huge scam.
