Rode the 199 at Rock house trail,,,,,,,,,,,,Really tough ,but well worth it ! Some of the really hard trails ,,,Black ones ,can take you a couple hours !

Where can I find official information about this location? I am looking for legal places to ride. I haven't found any since I moved down from Maryland. I currently live in Bristol, TN and would love to start going riding again!

Trail 199 takes about 45 minutes to ride. Only if you tackle all the technical challenges without stopping. It can take a half a day and alot of energy if you struggle riding trail.

This trail when going from the north to the south is about a 2hour workout . Me and a buddy just got back yesterday from there and it was the most awesome trail on the ride and is truly physically demand as well as rewarding .did not ride the trail from the south north becaue anyone can go down amountain but goinup it is the most technical and most punishing . P>S> bring lots of liquids you will need it
