i really like our description of keeping the left shoulder low thru p7; but in doing that, how do you keep your shoulder center (SC) centered & not moving in front of the ball. Also, how does the "thrusting" & tucking of the hips under the torso sync up with the crunch, lower left shoulder feeling...? thanks.
Looks very usefull but the audio is a bit muffled. Can't clearly hear what he is saying. Hope the audio can be improved. TQ.
