  • how can you tell if your band is old ..........

if your band has a harmonica player

  • I used to see the j geils blues band in the tea party, on boston and cambridge common for free, before they even had a record. This was my favorite song!

  • To really get down to it: The J. Geils Band have been and always will be in a category of music on their own. That's why they had very few radio hits in the early days. But they blew the doors off so many other bands. Saw them when I was 13 in 73' and never stopped seeing them all over the country. Fu....ing shame Hall of Fame has not inducted them. They kept Rock n Roll alive for so many years out there on the road. Wake up Jan Wenner and a few more. The orginal bad boys from Boston.

  • Thanks for these here memories... great band to see "LIVE !"

"Take out y'false teeth, mama... I wanna sssssuck on y'gums !"

  • Such an underated band!! They are so much better than Centerfold & Love stinks! But that's what most people remember about J Geils Where is this music nowdays?

  • Reminds me of why I never missed a NY show from 72 - 86.

    J.Geils Band Rocks !
