@Came4more I train with both of them, they both work security in Nightclubs and have been in plenty of fights and always come out on top, the first half of the vid is technique training and the second half is sparring NO PADS so they are pulling there punches for the video, Ive seen these guys come out of sparring matches with black eyes and blood noses, these guys train hard and now how to make these techniques work in real situations not like UFC rules..
