SX100 Zoom AF CHDK test

camera has only digital zoom during video mode. with chdk you can use optical zoom also but they had to mute the audio so the noise from the zoom engine won't show up in the movie

the camera has an electric motor for zooming. it makes a noise so chdk cuts the sound.

for this reason canon original firmware only does digital zoom.
