@SniperStorm7 Windows Movie Maker has nothing to do with the main ripping. I'm talking ripping tools not encoders or editors.

This isn't from the Sega CD version! From the looks of it, this is the Sonic Jam version.

That's fine except for the description you put, which says it's from the Mega CD.
