The original was drawn seperatly and not clips from the show stuck together. Wheres the feel the magic hear the roar? Didnt feel or hear anything in that guitar

@Skutms30 well in my opinion this new series actually has a story plot. The old one was basically the same every episode. I love both I grew up with the original but this new one deftly wins has down story wise it has a lot of back story and info the original didn't explain or have. Plus the original voice of Lion-O is in the new series as well.

Wow, this is awesome... they should put this into the actual new series... might bring it some justice. The quick anime "animation styles" already don't do the original show justice... this would be awesome as the opening! Question, when do they even play this theme during the episode? I've been watching the show every friday. It's not played in the beginning, they show the Thundercats logo and a brief "chord". And when the show ends, I can't even tell if it's playing during the ending credits because CN has this habit of always phasing out and replacing the credits with previews advertising their network and it completely overrides the show I'm watching.

There is a nother "remade" old cartoon, My little Pony Froendship is Magic, for other good cartoons I would recomend only Clonewars that started in 2008, Galactik Football, for the rest I would stick with the old :)

@ItsFlapJack And I say screw that! We will gladly sacrifice a little more show time to see an extended intro. We did for years, and it didn't hurt shows at all. Yes, it cuts into the show, but we're already talking about a half hour show here. In reality, the total run time comes to about 21-22 minutes minus commercials. So we're not really missing THAT much (especially for shows that normally run an hour). They can still develop a plot in 18 minutes. It's not impossible. It can be done.

I think that it's good to have new ThunderCats remade from the original, now with improved sound and quality, better arts and more... but... I guess I prefer the original presentation - it's more "impactuous", more "energic" :) Anyway, THANKS for giving us all fans new loyal episodes of ThunderCats, one of the best cartoon series of the 80's! ;)
