  • woow your violin is amazing, where do you buy it?

  • @TheBosendorfer -- thanks....it is an amazing violin by a talented french luthier...however, it doesn't belong to me. the violins that we play here on Eboyinc (each video is of a different violin, different maker, different nation of origin, different year, etc). They were collected by a professional violinist who passed away a few years ago. Their estate has asked me and my sister to catalog them by recording a sound sample for each violin. I suppose this one was purchased in France.

  • @eboyinc thanks for the information, and i repeat, this violin is a jewel ;)

  • @eboyinc You mean you'll stop adding samples when you're out of resources?

I thought you have it from more than one colletion :/

  • @Boobleair -- its all from a single collector :)

  • that violin is sweet

  • @4shopiece -- its a remarkable violin...thanks for watching!

  • brilliant!...

  • @navrenscafidi --- whoa, thanks!!!

  • If we are going to have dueling violins, let it begin. The styles of violins was incredible and I would like to see more.

  • Dope

  • believe me, you ARE better :) he's a fiddler. you're a violinist. no comparison. keep up the awesome stuff!

  • @JazzBluesClassical42 -- ok, well if you insist, lol ~ thanks :)

  • definately played it better than daniels.

  • @JazzBluesClassical42 -- whoa, thanks for saying so, but i'd like to think that someday, if i keep practicing, i'll get close to daniels...not yet though :)

  • it's a baroque model??

  • @olokies -- hi, its based on a strad, not baroque, but the inlays give it that look, i think :)

  • ahhh I want to learn this so bad!! Very good! :)

  • YOU ARE MY GOD !! :O

  • woooooooooooow! nice violin! good job!

  • You did an excellent job!! Im learning this piece & its really hard.

  • @RosyRosebud1 -- thanks so much!!! it is definately a difficult piece to learn, but worth it :)

  • I'm not too fond of the look of the violin, but it sounds sounds good along with your playing. Great!!!

  • @Henry92RLC -- hey thanks!!! this violin was a special instrument, part of a series of extraordinary violins made by a french maker. they are works of art...you have to see them in person to apreciate the workmanship and artistry of their construction. glad you liked the video :)

  • are any more of these availible??

  • @celticfreak314 -- lots more videos of me and my sister playing, but this violin is a one of a kind. its a totally cool violin.

  • AHMAZING~

  • @WuiyiHime -- hey thanks!!!

  • Its not a violin, its a fiddle.

  • @CedricJonesPRO -- this violin was from a series of fancy violins made by a fine french luthier--if your definition of a fiddle is a violin thats playing fiddle music, then its a fiddle. i played this piece because the sound of the instrument kind of inspired me to do some fiddle music, but set up properly, this violin is cabable of playing any genre.

  • I am getting a black violin just like Charlie daniels in a few days :D

  • neat

  • @JaCkMiChEaLs0n -- thanks...its an amazing violin c:

  • OOOOOh, i just saw you and your sister playing the Passacaglioa duo on your other channel, Musicasa2ndlanguage...where we actually get to see you guys and what you look like. your videos at Musicasa2ndlanguage are really, really good.

  • That's a pretty cool looking violin.

  • totally...its a work of art. i can't even imagine how much time was spent making it.

  • Do you know what kind of woods are in it? It looks like a rosewood fingerboard, but I'd like to know what the body is made of. Usually, the ribs and back are made out of a hardwood (especially maple), and the top is made out of a softer wood (especially spruce), but it looks like that violin has the same wood on the front and the back.

  • I'm a violinmaker and i can tell you that a violin like this would require an immense amount of work. its amazing. It belongs in a museum.

  • I saw a violin like this, not as nice, in a museum. I'd give anything to have be able to play this one.

  • THAT IS A BEAUTIFUL VIOLIN! A Real work of art. Each violin that you have played seems to have a personality and this one is truly unique. Very good playing as well. Thanks!

  • thanks...this one probably belongs in a museum...its amazing!!!

  • it truly is amazing

  • THe violin looks awesome from the thumbnail, but when i hear the playing it was -- WOW =]

  • hey thanks!!!

  • GOSH that is beautiful. Good playing too.

  • thanks...its probably the coolest violin i've seen...
