@Fistwagon I think you're right about this, but you should listen to the lyrics of his songs. Besides, it's pretty clear he has a naturally deep voice, but he strains it too much. He wants it to be deeper; this already fine low-baritone/bass-baritone he has is apparently just not enough for him. Chocolate Rain, range-wise, is a good song for him. He doesn't sound uncomfortable at all singing it.
