Castlevania 3 Final Boss Dracula - No Damage No Subweapons

Wait a fuckin minute. In the Nerd episode, AVGN, the first form of dracula threw those 2 flames, and they were at a distance of less than 4 squares. So while in AVGN was impossible, here it isnt. Could someone explain?

Took me about a week to get to this guy. Literally gave up about 30 minutes ago. The last two levels in this game are merciless. I highly recommend you get Grant or Alucard and not use the wizard gal. They can bypass a lot of the ridiculous parts of the levels. Oh, and he his correct about the distance from Dracula thing. If you're too close, you will not be able to dodge it. You need to be far back and attack him with the axe.

This level took me about 20 hours. The first 2 forms are easy, but the last form, Dracula was impossible. There really is no consistant way of beating him at least that I know. I did beat him finally but it was torture, if i recall correctly, one hit takes 4 pieces of health from you.

is this a different version of Castlvania 3? Because I watch a review of the game complaining about the final boss having undodgible attacks. And it showed a video of him getting cornered in the two pillars of fire ( during the boss' first form) with no room to doge the attack.

But in this video, the pillars of fire that come from the floor are spaced farther apart. So I'm just curious if they had to come out with an easier version of the game.

AVGN is kind of a pretentious douche, am I wrong? I only watched his castlevania videos, until I found out he was dead-wrong. (i.e, Dracula is beatable) Didn't think he'd miss something like that. Plus his jokes are lame and he tones-down all the swearing to deal with a broad audience.

He was funny at the start, then he started swearing too much much in his later episodes, but he stopped that and in his recent movie (100th by the way) he's funny again, yet I have to say that Dracula in Castlevania 3 is not unbeatable (maybe he's second form is little hard because of those ,,tears'' and another disagreement- I never had any problems with controls (except for being unable to jump on and off the stairs, everything else is fine in my opinion ;) )

What the? The 3rd boss form in my version of the game (Used an emulator : X) was much more harder! This is absolute weaksauce compared to the pattern he had when I fought him. He would shoot a tiny laser, than the laser stayed on screen, shooted another laser then it would repeat for a good 10 seconds. It was completely blocking you in corner and you couldn't escape unless you were on a flying platform... Also, I wasn't playing on the second loop. Could someone explain why is that?
