The MTS commercials are so cheesy. Even the Cinday Klassen ones. They need a new marketing approach.

I see that Robin's Donuts ad at the end...do they actually still have locations in Manitoba? There isn't a single one left in Southern Ontario, if you want Robin's you have to go to White River.

They have been on a store-closing spree in Winnipeg too. Not as many convenient locations anymore, but there are still quite a few all around Winnipeg. Coffee Time has all but disappeared in Winnipeg. No more Country Style, and our only Dunkin Donuts was done in a flash. Tim Hortons is eating away the market here.

Reminds me of the Rankin-Bass Rudolph special, did you know the voices for the 1964 Rudolph special was done in Canada (except Burl Ives, who did his voice in the USA)? Billie "Rudolph" Richards and Paul "Hermey the Elf" Soles now live in a Toronto nursing home in retirement.
