I have had my nice black Carver for three months now and its by far the most fun thing I have ever driven. Forget the slow(ish) acceleration and not particularly high top speed, the joy of roundabouts is what its about....

From someone who owns one of these, I can tell you that it is just brilliant. Big grins all round every trip. I've got big bikes (Honda Rune) and cars (Jeep GC SRT-8 etc.) but the Carver is just a hoot all the time. Unlike the bikes you don't get wet and unlike the cars you can tilt round corners. Superb!

I also don't agree with people saying there's no point buying this, because is't just a bike with a roof. The difference is you don't need a bikers licence for it. Nor do you have a bar in front of you, but a bloody steering wheel, pretty whack!

As a matter of fact, the coffee cup is not going to spill when it tilts, because the fleeing force still presses everything in the cabin towards its ground, so it might even be a lot safer to have a full coffee cup in the carver than in any normal car.

i have driven one of these and the video does not do it justice, it really is a dream to drive, plus its a 2 seater. all the best cars are made in Europe. and this shows how original cars can be.

Lier. The Carver 1 costs a little over 30,000 English Pounds (appox. $45,000 US, if it were available in North America, which it isn't) and gets 40-50 mpg. They have a website with all the specs. You plebe.

The cabin tilts for the same reason you tilt a bike when turning: maintaining stability and using centripetal forces to keep you solidly in the seat.
