Can you make a video on egg yolks? I hear so much different about the egg yolks, some say "throw them out it's bad fats" etc and some say "eat the yolks its the part of the egg with most vitamins" etc....Would be nice to hear your opinion on this subject since I am very confused. Thanks ;)

@luclynn14 Carido just puts you in a deficit. No it is not possible to burn that much weight in a deficit. a 500 calorie deficit per day will burn 1 lb per week.
Ya a day in the life of you would be awesome. Make it a 4-6 part video going through what a typical day might be like. And try to include all your meals, and your workout session in it. You should make some videos on how people can get strong and lean who can't afford a gym. Think of exercises that you don't need any equipment for and can do at home (running, pushups, etc.)
I would like to see you doing concentration curls to failure (close up). Also scott curls to failure and high cable curls also to failure. Keep up the good work...love watching your vids!
Hey Whats up man, I'd like to see a video of your dog, but also a video of juggling bodybuilding/classes/work at the same time. I Find it hard to juggle college and bodybuilding alone!
Some advice on how to increase uper-body strength. I have strong legs but I cant really lift alot. Maybe some workout tips or workouts you can do at home without the gym or equipment.
