I suspect this fellow is speaking of REVEALED or Transcendent knowledge, which cannot simply be intellectualized. There NEEDS to be an Inner Awakening first. This stops the mind from its wanderings. The Siddhas Chant and Meditate, the Suffis Whirl to access that place of Inner Silence, the State of Divine Bliss. Each Mystical tradition has its ways.
