The words are literally "How to survive", etc., but he's talking to himself, listing these things off that he doesn't know how to do anymore. IMO, your translation captured the meaning and intent, if not the actual form. I wouldn't have omitted the "you gave to me" from "Every kiss you gave to me would be a miracle." This is a very beautiful line in Spanish that sounds clunky in English any way you write it, but it's still a beautiful thought.
