She does her best work here. The lady perfessors' absolute wonderment is awesome.

What was it that made him realize they weren't alone? The dog's ears? His horse? A sound? Which sound? A sound the Indians made? How did he know? Animal instinct?  How?

Diamondnynic: The script-writers used their artistic license for this movie. Historically, Spotted Elk is Cheyenne while Lone Wolf is Kiowa. There is no relation.

One of the best movies of all time, and the best scene to grab people that haven't seen it. Along with that incredible incredible did I say awesome music. Thanks for putting this up. OH, and yes without giving anything away, it DOES have a good ending, the best you could possibly get for the situation. Watch the 2 "healers" in the movie, you will know them from this scene on. The best 2 characters in the movie barely speak. :)

I wish this movie WAS real, and there was actually a group of Native American's still able to live their lives the way the great Spirit intended them to---in peace, and on land that knows no restraints---it is a crying shame that this people got "taken" for a few beads and rat-infested blankets, when they thought the Whites would be grateful for help. THESE are the REAL minority in America!!! I love these clips-----THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!
