I slided at aquapark at winter in czech republic into an outdoor swimming pool and i though it has warm water but it got very.. very cold water like here in this video, it was refreshing yea, refreshing your whole mind, but i couldn't breathe when i was in that cold water ! :D

I am surprised that you and your friends are able to swim underwater in ice water. It's so incredible. I thought this was dangerous, yes? Thanks for the comment. It agree with you, in it practice and regular employment is necessary. Not less often than two times a week. To float in water with an ice, certainly, dangerously, but in it and there is a passion of winter swimming including. I love sweem in the winter and in the summer, but I receive more pleasures from water in the winter.
