If you listen through high quality headphones, and no I don't mean Skullcandy, you can tell it's mixed very well. The kick is a little loud, like Think Sound said, and I'll take his word that the compression did that. The vocals are a little quiet, but overall it sounds pretty good.

Damn Garrett, your screams are seriously a breath of fresh air in the vocal department! The highs are insane and the cleans sound like In Fear & Faith a LITTLE bit! But you should include from raspy vocals (like that Jonny Craig style or something!) in the next song to add even MORE variety! I for one really like the production compared to the last one, it feels more "full" and in your face. Vocals could be raised in mix in a COUPLE parts, but I'm loving this direction! Stoked for your progress!

I'll be honest, I don't like the way this track is produced. It's really heavy on the low end, which is good if you're Attack Attack! or something, but I think the true appeal of Send the Messenger is that more melodic and slightly djenty sound we all heard and loved in JTSGM. Especially not digging how the vocals are kind of lost in the mix either.

I mean, it's Send the Messenger, so naturally, I love it, and will listen to it on repeat for days, but I hope you guys consider what I've said.

I had this playing over my mixer through s/pdif digital HD output and it seems to be mixed pretty well. There seems to be an extremely faint echo on the drum kit. Not sure if that was intentional or not. Either way, good song
