@JoeTheBored Well, though I can tell you that later episodes (in order, of course) will explain more about the head and neck (which are major spoilers that I dare not say), I will say that the people capturing other humans are called Manhunters; they are paid to capture humans for their organs and such to use in surgery for criminals and people from the underground (from what I can remember)...I hope that this helps a bit!
