Actually yes way ted.. and this is WITHOUT the image streamed to the desktop. But you are right, desktop streamed images would be the fastest.

..the radical change is just around the corner as PCoIP is being introduced.

Currently, VMware View uses Wyse's TCX multimedia acceleration and it doesn't support flash based content, but plays "normal" video files quite well.

There are some settings for flash today too but currently, the flash support is not good.

Search for PCoIP for some videos of the upcoming technology. VMware & Teradici has cooperated in creating a software PCoIP solution on both client and server. VMworld is soon now.

What are you talking about? without any base? VMWare fan-boys unite I guess. XD will always be a superior platform. View is just a pathetic platform that will die quickly unless VMWare makes some RADICAL changes to their product development.
