Lars wasn't always this bad. Up until 1995 he was a VERY good drummer. Between 1988 and 1993 he was KILLER. He's lost about 70% of his skill since the early 90's.

Not only is it filled with incredibly original playing on his part, but its also contains some of the best recorded (sound wise) drum parts, ever, in any kind of music. Even the Black Album has great playing, although much more "straight" than previous albums. Not sure how he can care so little now. Or why.
