The toddler has to be really low on hygiene and has to be able to walk to break out of the cot. Make sure you have boolprop on so u can drag up the toddler's social metre cuz if it gets too low it'll say 'No ones payin much attention to ur kid' and a social worker will come and take the toddler away

you get the parents to go to the mirror when they have a toddler and then there is the option of change (toddlers name's) appearance. Click that and the parents will get the toddler and it will come up with that thing that lets you change hairstyles and makeup and stuff.

yer, you get the changer thing in the buy mode in the bit where u find the cot and toys. place the changer and then get the adult to click on it and if you have bought different clothes for the toddler from downtown then it says "Plan everyday outfit for *name of toddler*" or "Plan pj outfit for *name of toddler*.
