flemish, dutch... i think there is a big difference between the two of them.. BUT... that is not important, because this film is FLEMISH and not dutch... it would not work with dutch actors because the dutch would never be able to feel , not to mention make the movie in the way Lieven Debrauwer (director) made it.. it is flemish through and through, but does appeal to pple all over

I believe Flemish is a variant of Dutch - there are some grammatical and lexical differences.
