Only 4 innocents were killed in Operation Wrath of God (1 in Lillehammer and 3 in Beruit in 'Spring of Youth'). That is a great record for the Mossad. I doubt any other country can carry out such complex operations with such a small amount of civilian causualties.

But Bouchiki in Morocco bore no resemblance to Salameh, and that bomb in Beirut killed 4 innocent people besides Salameh, including a nun and an English student! But Bouchiki in Morocco bore no resemblance to Salameh, and that bomb in Beirut killed 4 innocent people besides Salameh, including a nun and an English student!
