  • Is it normal to be able to reach to the back to grab your hands with only one side?

    My brother and I did this video together and he has a hard time being able to reach to his over his right side. Thanks

  • Thank you Esther - this was great; I have a propensity to develop stiff tight shoulders - these exercises were very helpful.

  • Hi, your shoulder blade is a triangular bone right? And this triangle is attached to your body with a lot of cordlike small muscles like shoelace? I my left "triangle" at least 10 of these small shoelaces hurt for 7 days and I cant get rid of the pain even painkillers do not help much. Only left side...what can I do?

    I'm trying to do this with my students in a ki/qi development course.

  • I liked this video and another I watched alot, I dont plan on doing "yoga", mainly b/c I dont like the music/ meditative aspect of it, but needed good stretches like this for tennis, and they should work perfect. You perform them in a very dynamic way, how an athlete would. I like it!

  • I'd love a class that focuses on upper body toning and alignment, especially my upper arms and shoulder blades. I injured my right shoulder blade about 9 months ago, and I'm still in recovery. That one shoulder is twice as tight as the other. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If you already have a class that focuses on upper body strength and toning, then let me know.   • Thanks so much Esther! I've had painful neck problems for weeks. The last stretch seemed to open it all up. Although there's still pain, it's about 1/2 of what it was when I woke up this morning. I'll be sure to do these regularly.

    About this video, I don´t have any problem to touch my hands when the right arm is above my shoulder and the left is below my shoulder, BUT when I set the left above and the right below, I just can´t even touch my nails. Why is that?

  • I have the exact same problem!!!

    It feels as though the stretch from the end of my collar bone (on the right side) down towards my elbow is really stiff in comparison to the left side!!

    And... The area just below where my collar bone ends feels such a stretch, but I still can't touch my left hand!!

    Any info would be appreciated =D
