the computer can only handle so many programs while accessing them from the hard drive at once (depending on how much RAM you have) and will have to keep everyone of them running when you open more and more of them.

Add more RAM, it allows the computer to not be overloaded and focus more power on the program

1. Delete the program and that's it. That is uninstalling. All the files and shit IS INSIDE THE APP.

2. Same as Mac. No CDs/USBs are required, just boot into OS X Recovery and that's it.

3. No comment.

4. Most consumers probably DO WANT the pre-loaded software (e.g: schools, businesses). If you don't want it, then leave it.

5. If you actually have your eyes working, this video was released in 2008 attacking Vista because of it's problems.

Compare prices and specs and it's apparent you pay more for less with a Mac. That is what's important.

I've been a designer for 15 years, and seen lots of studios and design houses in my time. You'll find far more PCs than Macs, and the studios that are using Macs are more interested in keeping up a hip appearance. Meanwhile, the company is spending tens of thousands on Macs that can't do the job as fast as a cheaper, more powerful PC. AppleInsider has reported that they're considering axing the Mac Pro for that reason.

Then there's clearly something wrong with your PC, for I do professional level video editing and visual effects and I don't suffer crashes at all, ever. It's perfectly fine to choose one platform over the other, but you can't generalize and say "PCs crash all the time" when in fact, they don't. Macs kernel panic more often than they should, and that's just as bad. I cast my lot with the PC for the power potential which far exceeds even the 12-Core Mac Pro.
