In order to get the TM folder you need to have a magic memory stick.Once you make ur magic memory stick you will have that folder

no you cant play iso because 5.55 is official firmware and it only allowed you to play newer games that require 5.55. but when ever you want to want to play isos you can just downgrade back to cfw
