try this forum - any questions get answered real quick. 10 is the most for self enchanting, you get 12 from a transcendent sigil stone. basically theyre not worth it. you get +15 int and +15 willpower from the ayleid crown of nenelata and +10 to all attributes from the ring of perfection... check out the forum for more...
Oh, ok did you make it or did you buy it? Cause all my mage skills are 100 houndred, and i play on the xbox 360, so it took me forever man but ok ill look into it. And i haev one question that i don't know and i haven't tried and it just came to mind. When at the mage guild enchantment make thing, id fortify 10 Willpower the most? or is there a higher one? I'm just asking.

itsd a combo of fire and shock 50 damage on touch, nothing more than that
