you didn't set the load right. u gotta put it in the side, down a bit. no one will notice. and when it gets down that far, it will explode better and surprise them.

Those must be the weakest loads I have ever seen. I think you got a bad batch or something. I used to buy loads and they were enough to completely shred the end of a cigarette easily.

I put one in my mom's cigarette years ago and pushed it down in there a bit with a fork that way she'd really be draggin on it when it went off. Sucker went off and she freaked out! The cigarette no joke looked like somthing from bugs bunny cartoon. The sides were all rolled up!

A popcorn kernel works well as a cig load, plus it'll blow the cigarette apart. My dad did this to me more than once and it works like a charm lol just make sure you use a fresh bag of popcorn, not the leftover kernels from a heated bag.

You have to put them closer to the pricks face
