ramito was and is awsome i am barely learning about his music but i guess he was from salinas there are no mountains there i guess, so where did he get his great niche for jibaro music ? correct me if i am wrong,fellow boricauas.
@6985794 ramito was born in caguas, puerto rico.....very mountainous (more or less rolling hills).....in a time where no one had nothing to do but to joke or sing a long somewhere in some "batey".......tiempos agri-dulces.....his wife is from salinas , puerto rico and lives there.

@mchago64 el mal social de hoy es la falta de un gobierno que deje de ser lo que no es.....un gobierno que no fomenta la cultura.....que obras hechas por MUNOZ-MARIN la tilden de ridicula por su creacion del estado libre asociado por el simple hecho de que no quieren ser "puertorriquenos"........
ridicula o no, nos sirvio dignamente, nos mantiene y nos mantendra hasta tanto este gobierno acabe de darle el tiro de gracia saboteando a todas las instituciones que proveyeron a nuestro pueblo.. paz
