I believe there are less people in the Russian Army, but very intelligent soldiers that are more like technicians than the brute force warriors of the past. Just because you don't serve with the US Army (you haven't even been to Afghanistan) doesn't mean the Army isn't on the front line. Besides the British are only responsible for a small part of the country.

The best soldiers in Afghanistan are the Australians especially their SASR. They know how to take care of business.
