actually it was sped up a little, not to a great amount but it was sped up so pretty much give it another 10-15 seconds.

i really don't wanna hear any bitching about my comment either the fact is i work with a program that animates at so many stills per second so i can tell when something moves faster than it should.

fun facts! due to the patch allowing the lvl cap to be 69, the highest dmg a LEGIT anarchy SMG is torgue's steel anarchy with 237x4 dmg. 2nd is dahl's desert anarchy with 208x4 dmg. last is tediore's double anarchy with 186x4 dmg. anything HIGHER than 237x4 is modded.

torgue's added effect is increased fire rate. dahl's is recoil reduction. and tediore's is increased reload speed.

with the siren's mercenary class mod (+60% smg dmg & ammo regen) the anarchy's will tear shit up!
