You guys really made a cover of the song. I seriously dislike the original; too much shouting and sadness. The title is "Skyscraper" suggesting that the song be about being better as RISING from a valley/depression...Karmin(Amy and Nick) took the theme and lyrics and created a variation reflecting and highlighting the "skyscraper" part of the song. The harmonies and that little note in the piano chords really make all the difference! :D It's MEANT to be happy!

I love Karmin and I love Demi, but Demi is better. That doesn't mean Karmin did it badly. It's just that when Demi sings it there's a sadness that goes along with this song. That emotion is what makes the song perfect. Amy [the singer] and Demi most likely haven't been through the same stuff, so obviously it's not going to sound the same. IT was really good though :)
