Ok here's the situation it is against FAA to have any portable electronic on after the door is closed and below 10,000 FT for security reasons. He needs to know where his nearest exit is and not be playing with the video tape. But good try though

She was a bitch. It's not illegal to tape a safety demo, she seems as if she was just a bitter control freak. I always have passengers that video tape various parts of flight. As long as they are not video taping and photographing the cockpit area/door, there should be no problems.
She probably hasn't been laid in months. Don't feel bad.

What airline were you flying? She could have been nicer when she told you to turn it off. I have the utmost respect for F/As but I still find the safety demo humorous.
